Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) students may earn an associate degree in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Services Management or a one-year certificate in Professional Cooking or Professional Baking. CAI also offers for adults and youth. Our courses are taught by award-winning, certified executive chefs and food service professionals with years of industry experience.
Boasting an award-winning faculty within a 36,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, the Culinary Art Institute features multiple culinary and baking laboratories, garde manger classroom, a chocolates and confections laboratory and a temperature-controlled wine cellar and dry-aged meat room.
